With every sip, you’ll be earning points that will unlock a world of rewards. Whether you’re a fan of robust black teas, soothing herbal blends, or exotic infusions, your loyalty will be rewarded. Gather points with each purchase of food or drink, and watch as your card fills up, bringing you one step closer to a complimentary cuppa or perhaps even a scrumptious cake.
Please note you can only obtain a loyalty card using the form below. They are not available to collect in store.Â
How does it work?
Present your card to the server before you pay and we’ll swipe it to add points to your account. Every point is worth 1 pence and you’ll receive 5 points for every pound spent – that’s essentially a 5% discount! To redeem your points, just ask, we’ll let you know how much you have to spend on a freebie!Â
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn points when you purchase any food or drink item. You can’t earn points on the purchase of a gift voucher or merchandise.
What if I lose my card?
We can look you up on our system if you don’t have your card with you. If you would like to redeem points then you will need your physical card for security reasons. You’ll be able to request a replacement card here – although there may be a charge for this.
