Front of House Server [FT] (W)

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Server to join the team in our Wickham Bishops tea room. As a Front of House assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and looking after various areas of the tea room.

We have full time and part time available so please let us know your preference. Shifts for all positions will be at least 1 weekend day and a mix of daytime and evening shifts as we plan to open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings as well as doing a new Sunday roast service. It would help if you could let us know your availability so we can plan accordingly. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Work areas of the tea room, to serve guests within your area
• Run food and drinks to customers efficiently
• Make coffee and other serve drinks from the bar
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the tea room
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work on weekends and weekdays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
