Front of House (Full & Part Time Positions Available)

We are looking for experienced Senior Front of House Servers to join the team in our new Coggeshall location. As a Front of House assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and looking after various areas of the tea room.

Full & part time positions available: All positions include working 1 weekend day a week.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Work areas of the tea room, to serve guests within your area
• Run food and drinks to customers efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the tea room
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work on weekends and weekdays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
