Please inform us of any dietary requirements within 48 hours of your reservation date. We may not be able to accommodate for dietary requirements after this time and failure to do this will also result in a loss of deposit.
This is an 18+ event only. You may be asked for a valid photo ID if you are lucky enough to look under 25.
We are not able to guarantee specific areas or requests but we will do our best to accommodate them.
A 10% optional service charge will be added to your bill automatically which goes directly to our staff members.
Of course, as with any bottomless brunch there are some rules:
Main Courses are to be chosen from the set menu and additional food items ordered will be charged as extras. We will only top up drinks that are finished at our discretion. All members of the party must be ordering from the Prosecco Brunch menu and non alcoholic soda’s are available. Due to the nature of this promotion we are unable to accommodate under 18’s in the party, even for soft drinks. Our policy is that only guests who can prove they are 18 & above can be served alcohol for their own consumption & we observe Challenge 25. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcoholic drinks to anyone at anytime to ensure we remain in line with our licensing objectives.

Prosecco Bottomless Brunch (18+)
Choose any one dish per person and enjoy 90 minutes of unlimited prosecco, mimosas, beer or alcohol free home-made sodas. £29,95 per person + 10% service charge.

Afternoon Tea vouchers can be used towards this promotion but will require a surcharge of £7 Mon – Fri, or £11 per person Saturday and Sunday.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements within 48 hours of your reservation date. We may not be able to accommodate for dietary requirements after this time and failure to do this will also result in a loss of deposit.
We do not have space around the tables for prams, we have a variety of very small rooms and having prams at the table would not allow us to safely pass by with food and hot drinks. You are welcome to leave your pram outside in the pathway and we will be able to provide a high chair.

Monday to Friday: 31,95 per person + 10% Service. Saturday: 35,95 per person + 10% Service

Our gondolas are a small enclosed space with bench seating. We are regretfully unable to accommodate prams or highchairs in them.

Signature Afternoon Tea (Inside) – £24.95pp
Served inside our main building. £24.95pp + 10% service charge. Served from 2nd January 2024.

We’re a grade 2 listed building. Although on the ground floor, the tea room does have different floor levels. While wheelchairs can get into the tea room with the help of a little ramp our listed building can be a little tight. Sadly there is currently no disable toilet facility on site but we are working with the landlord and council on building a new facility on the grounds behind the building. We hope to be able to accommodate wheelchair users very soon and will update this section with more information once we have it.
