Ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? We’ve got an exciting position for a Sous Chef to be a crucial member in a busy and top rated restaurant based in Coggeshall, Essex. Featuring day time hours with just 1 or 2 evenings a month, the right sous chef will be working along side our head chef to create breakfast and lunch time dishes.

We’re seeking a candidate who thrives under pressure, consistently delivering exceptional dishes while upholding the highest service and cleanliness standards. Collaborating closely with the Head Chef, you’ll contribute to the seamless operation of the kitchen, lending your creative touch to evening menus and specials, and even stepping into leadership in their absence.
