Ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? We’re on the hunt for a talented Sous Chef to be a crucial member in our busy and top rated tea room based in Markshall, Coggeshall, Essex.
Featuring day time hours with just 1 or 2 evenings a month, the right sous chef will be working along side our head chef to create breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.
Our tea room gets very busy and replies on a quick turnaround, so you would need to be someone who can work under pressure while still delivering quality.
Collaborating closely with the Head Chef, you’ll contribute to the seamless operation of the kitchen, lending your creative touch to evening menus and specials, and even stepping into leadership in their absence.
