Seasonal Front of House Server (Maldon)

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Server to join the team in our Maldon Tea Room. As a Front of House Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and looking after various areas of the tea room.

We are looking for somebody who is available for 2-4 shifts per week from 9th November 2026 to 31st December 2026.

This is role is seasonal but may lead to more permanent work.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Work areas of the tea room, to serve guests within your area
• Run food and drinks to customers efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the tea room
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work on weekends and weekdays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
