Front of House Server [PT] (M)

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Server to join the team in our Maldon Tea Room. As a Front of House Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and looking after various areas of the tea room.

We are looking for somebody to work 2 weekdays and 1 weekend shift. Shifts for all positions will be at least 1 weekend day and a mix of daytime and the occasional evening shifts. It would help if you could let us know your availability so we can plan accordingly. 

Please note this is a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Work areas of the tea room, to serve guests within your area
• Run food and drinks to customers efficiently
• Make coffee and other serve drinks from the bar
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the tea room
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work on weekends and weekdays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
