Introducing the Winter Igloos – a delightful and cozy dining experience that combines the magic of winter with a festive touch. Nestled within our delightful courtyard, the Winter Igloos are designed to transport you to a warm and inviting winter refuge on those cold winter days. Picture yourself surrounded by plush blankets, comfy seating and cosy vibes. Adorned with twinkling lights that create a mesmerising ambiance, making it the perfect setting for an intimate and enchanting dining experience.
Our igloos seat up to 8 people as a private group or smaller tables can dine along side others creating a festive atmosphere. These are available exclusively to book for our festive afternoon tea, with no extra charge to dine in the igloo compared to dining inside.
Please note this is a new concept and could be liable to change – we will not have all the full details, including pictures and accessibility until they are up! The igloos will be dog friendly.
Our Nutcracker Factory features a ceiling of over 2500 baubles, all hung by hand! Our nutcracker guards the doors to his factory and old fashioned toys. You’ll even see Santa’s sleigh and reindeers on the roof getting ready for the big day. This private dining option is available to book exclusively for our Festive Afternoon Tea. Located next to our Winter Igloos in the courtyard, this room seats 6 people comfortably or 7 at a squeeze.
Festive Afternoon Tea in the nutcracker factory is served at various set slots. Minimum 4, maximum 7 guests at a squeeze. Available 7 days a week. Booking information & conditions available on the booking page. This area is dog friendly but might be a squeeze depending on how many human companions.
Back for 2024! Enjoy Festive Afternoon Tea in your own private Winter Ski Gondola, seating 4 comfortably or 6 at a squeeze. As our Wickham Bishops location is transformed into a festive oasis, our Ski Gondolas will open to take their first flight. Let us transport you to The Alps as you dine in style! Advance booking is essential.

Those ages 12 and under can also experience the Mrs Salisbury’s Magic! Our Children’s Festive Afternoon Tea is served on its own special board, and consists of plainer sandwiches and sweet treats. Little ones will keep busy as they decorate their own personal gingerbread biscuit. As always just let us know of any dietary requirements, allergies or fussy eaters at the point of booking.
