• French onion soup with a stilton topped garlic sourdough crouton (GF on request by pre order)
• Trio of fishcakes: Flaked smoked salmon, Atlantic citrus prawn, cromer crab with avocado, lime and coriander puree
• Whipped goats cheese and chive mousse blini with parma ham crisp on a caramelised red onion chutney and rocket (GF on request by pre order)

The main

• Herb roasted rack of lamb on honey roasted parsnip and garlic mash served with asparagus spears and rosemary red wine jus (GF on request by pre order)
• Pan seared sea bass fillet on a bed of wilted spinach, tender stem broccoli and herb roasted baby potatoes. Served with basil sauce, crispy capers and tomato concasse (GF on request by pre order)
• Crispy filo basket filled with wild garlic mushrooms, sautéed spinach, whipped feta and roasted pine nuts. Topped with a poached egg and chive butter served with herb roasted baby potatoes and sweet basil tomato sauce
