Markshall Member’s benefit more with a Cuppa Club account.

Did you know Markshall members receive double points with us when visiting the Coggeshall location. You’ll get 10p back in points for every pound spent at our Coggeshall location and 5p back in points for every pound at any other location! This replaces the 10% flat rate Markshall member discount which was used at our Coggeshall location only and will no longer be valid from 2nd January 2026.

How does it work?

Download the Cuppa Club app and sign up with the same email address you have listed with Markshall. If you are unsure of what email address this is please contact Markshall directly to update your email address you have on file with them. This is shared with us every Monday. Present your QR code on the app to your server before you pay and we’ll scan it to add points to your account. You’ll get 10p back in points for every pound spent at our Coggeshall location and 5p back in points for every pound at any other location. Save your points up and then redeem them towards breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea.

What to do if you don’t have a smart phone.

You can use the form below to request your account be created and we can email you a bar code that be printed off and used to scan on our tills. Please note: the quickest way is to access the Cuppa Club is to use the app above. The following form should only be used if you do not have a smart phone. You will not be able to track your points without the app and will have to have the bar code with you at every visit to earn or redeem points. We share this information with Markshall for security purposes.
